Restorative Yoga Classes

We run classes to still the body and the mind, the class focus is your inner world.
Progressively move closer to your true nature and activate self-healing, as we work through a sequence of gentle postures, interlaced with deep relaxation.
Postures are suitable for all. This class is not an exercise or workout class, it's a bridge to meditation.



Wednesday evening 7pm to 8:15pm

Thursday morning 10 to 11:15 am

£10 per session
£40 for 5 (7 week expiry)
