Lisa works closely with Snow in helping patients diagnosed with unexplained infertility or those undergoing fertility treatment as hypnotherapy has been shown to reduce stress, which can hinder conception in a number of ways, such as delaying the release of eggs and preventing the implantation of the fertilised egg. Lisa uses a variety of different hypnotherapeutic techniques, from relaxation and anxiety reduction, through to helping would-be parents discover the fears and doubts that may be unconsciously preventing conception.
Lisa practises at her clinic in Addiscombe, just outside Croydon, as well as at the Centred Health Acupuncture Clinic in south Croydon. To book an appointment or a free 20-minute phone consultation, email quiet.medicine@googlemail.com, visit www.quiet-medicine.co.uk or call 020 8655 2161.
